Purchased new by decorated World War II veterans, noted aviator Brigadier General William S. Rader and his wife, OSS spy Major Stephanie Rader; a couple with fascinating wartime resumes. 57 years of original, single-family ownership throughout Brigadier General Rader’s military assignments. Documented during the Raders' ownership with dealer sales invoice, warranty book, gas logs, and service invoices. Four-year restoration completed by White Post Restoration in 1998. Donated to the Gilmore Car Museum in 2007 and since displayed as a tribute to two American heroes.
