1962 Lagonda Rapide

Believed to have been the 1961 London Motor Show display car. The fifth of only 55 Rapides built. Retained by Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd. and its corporate partners for a remarkable six years. Updated in AML ownership with a DB6 drivetrain and unique styling features. Reportedly the only example fitted by the factory with this distinctive revised grille assembly under the direction of David Brown. Still in largely original condition throughout; ideal for recommissioning or restoration.
