1965 Ferrari 275 GTS by Pininfarina

A rare opportunity to acquire a stunning and very rare V-12 Spider from the golden era of Ferrari. The 61st of 200 examples built of the 275 GTS; the seventh made from 19 right-hand-drive cars. Delivered new to the United Kingdom via Maranello Concessionaires in July 1965. Offered in its factory-correct colour combination of Rosso Cina over a Pelle Beige Connolly leather interior. Subject to a full restoration by California-based European Auto Restoration over 1994 and 1995; exhaustively detailed by four accompanying photo folders with dated correspondence. Later restored again to concours-standard quality by Brick Kiln Group of Wantage. Engine rebuilt by Chris Holley and Light Car Company in the early 2000s. Retained by the vendor since 2012; known ownership history from new. Certified by Ferrari Classiche in April 2010 and accompanied by its important “Red Book”; recognised to retain its matching-numbers chassis, engine, and gearbox.
