1973 Zagato Zele 1000

A rarely seen effort by Zagato to create an electric city car; one of approximately 500 produced. Unusual, modern fiberglass bodywork finished in pastel blue. 1000-watt motor enables a top speed of approximately 25 mph, with a stated range of approximately 50 miles when new. Constructed using Fiat 500 and 124 underpinnings and components. Reportedly retained by Zagato Automobili and used by the Zagato family when new. Part of The Boeckmann Collection since 2022, having been in the care of a long-term French owner for several decades prior. Ideal for the dedicated Zagato connoisseur, microcar enthusiast, or collector of early EVs.
