Riesling Kabinett CH Berres 2011 Bottle count per lot: 4 Express shipping in Italy and Europe. For over 500 years, the Berres family has cultivated its vineyards along the Moselle. Today Markus Berres is the 21st generation to manage this traditional family estate. He graduated in Viticulture and Enology from the renowned Geisenheim University in the Rheingau. The family vineyards are among the best in the region, located on the slopes of Ürziger Würzgarten, Ürziger Goldwingert, and Erdener Treppchen. These sites are three of the most important Grand Cru sites in the entire Moselle valley. In these vineyards grow old, mostly ungrafted vines, and the wines reflect the complex, pristine terroir. Fantastic and sought-after, this Riesling has notes of white peach, lychee fruit, yellow fruits, with a soft and seductive finish. The perfect evolution of a Riesling with aging potential beyond 20 years. On the palate, enveloping, soft and persistent. From sweet notes to spicy. A great journey into the special and fascinating world of Rieslings. No shipments to England, Malta, Cyprus outside the EU
