2014 Perrier-Jouët, Belle Epoque Rosé - Champagne Rosé - 1 Bottle (0.75L)

Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque Rosé 2014 - The Art of Elegance in Rosé An exceptional prestige cuvée and one of the most refined rosé Champagnes of its generation. The Belle Époque Rosé 2014 is composed of 50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier, sourced from Perrier-Jouët’s finest vineyards. Presented in the house’s iconic anemone-decorated bottle, it is as much a collector’s piece as it is an extraordinary champagne. In the glass, it displays a luminous pale salmon-pink colour with a fine, lively mousse. The nose is delicate yet expressive, revealing wild strawberry, raspberry and pomegranate, lifted by rose petals, orange blossom and a subtle touch of cassis. On the palate, the wine is silky and harmonious, combining ripe red fruit, citrus zest and gentle stone fruit with floral nuances and elegant minerality. Its remarkable balance of richness and freshness gives it both precision and a distinctly gastronomic character, leading to a long, refined finish. This bottle has been stored under optimal conditions throughout its life, cool, dark and stable, and is therefore in excellent condition. It is drinking beautifully now, while retaining the structure and freshness to evolve gracefully for several more years. An exceptional choice for a celebration, a refined dinner with lobster, turbot, duck or a fruit-based dessert. Or for the collector who appreciates a truly iconic prestige rosé.
