2015 Paul Bara

Characteristics of the 2015 Cuvée • The Blend: True to tradition, this Champagne is composed primarily of 70% Pinot Noir, complemented by 30% Chardonnay. This creates a powerful, gastronomic wine with great structure. • The Flavor Profile: The 2015 vintage was relatively warm and sunny, resulting in a rich, vinous style. Expect refined aromas of orchard fruit (ripe yellow apple and pear), citrus, mineral chalk notes, subtle brioche, and toasted hazelnuts. • What is a 'Spécial Club'? This is the highest accolade for independent Champagne growers (Club Trésors de Champagne). The wine must pass a rigorous blind tasting by oenologists to qualify for this iconic, unique bottle shape.
