2017 Joseph Faiveley "Les Pruliers" - Nuits St

A particularly attractive lot of 6 bottles of Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru “Les Pruliers” 2017 from the renowned Domaine Faiveley, one of the historic and most respected houses of Burgundy. Les Pruliers is a valued Premier Cru of Nuits-Saint-Georges, located in the southern part of the appellation. The vineyard is known for Pinot Noir with the typical power and structure of Nuits-Saint-Georges, combined with finesse and an excellent ability to develop further in bottle. The 2017 vintage produced elegant and especially approachable red wines in Burgundy, with beautifully pure red and dark fruit, fine spiciness and fresh acidity. With almost ten years of bottle aging now, these wines are beginning to develop extra complexity, while there is still ample structure for further cellaring. Domaine Faiveley, founded in 1825, boasts an impressive vineyard estate in the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune. The house is known for classic Burgundies in which terroir and aging potential are central. A Premier Cru from Nuits-Saint-Georges thus represents a wonderful combination of provenance, producer and vintage. This lot consists of 6 identical 75 cl bottles, making it interesting to follow the development of this Premier Cru in the coming years: drink a few now and let the rest continue to age. Storage and condition: All 6 bottles have always been carefully kept in a climate-controlled wine cellar under stable conditions. The bottles present very nicely. See the photos for the exact condition of labels, capsules and fill levels. A beautiful lot for the enthusiast or collector of classic red Burgundy: 6 bottles Faiveley Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Pruliers 2017, with both immediate drinking pleasure and interesting aging potential.
