2018 Bollinger, La Grande Année - Champagne Brut - 1 Bottle (0.75L)

The 2018 "La Grande Année" cuvée was vinified using the House's traditional methods. All the base wines underwent fermentation in old oak barrels from Burgundy—a practice maintained since 1829. The Champagne then aged on the lees for over eight years, gradually developing its aromatic complexity. Riddling and disgorgement were carried out entirely by hand, using a method introduced in 2014 that harnesses the Champagne's natural carbon dioxide to protect the wine from oxidation during disgorgement.
