Pierre Overnoy – Poulsard-Trousseau 2018 – Arbois Pupillin One of the most sought-after and fascinating expressions of natural Jura. 2018 represents the first vintage produced of this cuvée, making it particularly interesting also for collectors and enthusiasts. The union of Poulsard and Trousseau gives rise to an elegant, deep red with great personality, characterized by crunchy red fruits, floral and spicy notes, mineral undertones, and a fresh, savory texture. Long and refined finish, with a strong expression of the Pupillin terroir. Extremely limited production, signed by one of the most iconic and sought-after names of the Jura.
