Wine Description: This selection brings together three Brunello di Montalcino wines from different producers and vintages, offering an interesting opportunity to explore different expressions of Sangiovese from Montalcino. The combination allows a comparison between the older Renieri 2013 and the more recent San Polino 2018 and Gorelli 2019. Gorelli 2019 is described on its back label as a wine produced through spontaneous fermentation, with prolonged fermentation in wood and ageing for more than 36 months in large casks. It is bottled unfiltered. Renieri 2013 is also unfiltered. Its back label specifies that any sediment should be considered a natural consequence of the wine’s maturation. San Polino 2018 is certified organic, as indicated by the certification displayed on its back label.
