Careful and secure packaging. 2 non-original wooden boxes will be provided with the 2 bottles. The Réserve des Célestins cuvée is probably the most powerful in Henri Bonneau's work at Châteauneuf. It is a selection of the best barrels, which is made only in great vintages. This explains why this cuvée is found only in certain years. The grape clusters are not de-stemmed, and vinification takes place in traditional concrete tanks. The élevage is divided between old foudres and French oak barrels, for 3 to 5 years. Extraordinary in depth and complexity, it develops massive and generous aromas of smokiness, pepper, black and red fruits.
