Organoleptic profile Appearance: Deep, dense, and luminous ruby red, with slight garnet reflections at the rim of the glass. Aroma: Rich, intense, and complex. Notes of ripe cherry, plum and blackberry jam stand out, accompanied by elegant hints of vanilla, cacao and sweet spices. Palate: On the palate it is enveloping, warm and velvety. It features soft, well-integrated tannins, supported by a pleasant freshness and a long, persistent finish with fruity echoes. Recommended glasses: It is recommended to serve in large balloon glasses or medium-to-full-bodied red wine glasses, at a serving temperature of about 18 °C.
