2021 San Felice Campogiovanni - Brunello di Montalcino DOCG - 6 Bottles (0.75L)

Excellent investiment! Exclusive wine Intense ruby red color. Aromas of ripe berries, blackberry jam, and notes of tobacco and leather. On the palate, it is broad, smooth, and persistent, finishing with notes of fruit in alcohol. Pairings: Red meats in general, game, wild boar dishes, aged pecorino cheeses. *95/100 James Suckling: Blueberries and spices with a touch of cedar and dried flowers. Medium- to full-bodied, showing firm, crisp, delineated tannins with a clean, tight finish. Drinkable now but will benefit from a couple of years in the bottle. Drink or hold. 93/100 Vinous: The 2021 Brunello di Montalcino is hauntingly dark in the glass, with a spicy wave of dried cherries, clove and mentholated herbs tempting the senses. It is ripe in style with cooling acidity to elevate its red and black fruits. Lifted yet structured, the 2021 pinches at the cheeks with youthful tension as nuances of licorice fade.
