A triple sorting is performed: at the vineyard, then before and after destemming. This selection aims to vinify only healthy, perfectly ripe fruit. The barrels are renewed to one third each year. The wine presents an expression marked by red fruits, with a tannic structure and a certain suppleness on the palate. Its aging potential is 12 to 15 years. No shipments to Ireland or Norway and outside Europe, as packages are systematically blocked by customs.
