2023 Domaine Vaisse "Hasard" - Pays d'Herault - 4 Bottles (0.75L)

Discover Hasard 2023, the white wine from Domaine Vaïsse in the IGP Pays d’Hérault. This cuvée highlights Viognier, a single-variety grape, on the Aniane terroir, in the heart of Languedoc. Its clay-silty soils contribute to a generous expression of fruit, balanced by a welcome freshness. On the nose, Hasard evokes, in particular, vine peach and orange blossom. On the palate, the fleshy fruit is accompanied by a saline freshness, with a finish that can recall white pepper and bergamot. An expressive and harmonious Viognier, at once ample and precise. This white wine from Languedoc can be enjoyed as an aperitif or at table. It pairs with grilled or sauced fish, poultry, dishes with mild spices, as well as pressed cheeses. Serve it well chilled to fully enjoy its balance. Its fruity profile is to be discovered in its youth; since no precise aging potential is confirmed, it’s best to drink it without waiting several years.
