Marthe is the granddaughter of Pierre Boillot, a well-known figure in Meursault from the beginning of his winemaking career in the 1940s until his death in 2004. She settled in Meursault, trained at the viticultural school, and learned from her friends Pierre-Henri Rougeot and Jean-Yves Devevey. With these experiences, she embarked on a high-quality micro-negociant business before being able to take over some family vineyards in 2023.
