A PAIR OF CHINESE CARVED MOTHER-OF-PEARL SHELL TABLE SCREENS 19TH CENTURY each carved and pierced with birds among prunus, bamboo and peony issuing from rockwork, within a pierced border of flowering branches and scrolls, the lower part left as natural nacre, on carved hardwood stands modelled as prunus branches. (2) 25cm high Damage and losses around the rims of both shells, (a few of the losses are in a plastic bag). Slight discolouration to the back of one of the shells, no other major damage
