‡ A PAIR OF VENETIAN CUT GLASS MIRRORS 18TH CENTURY The rectangular plates within moulded and scroll-carved giltwood surrounds, re-gilt, originally with peripheral carving 99cm high, 81cm wide Condition Report: Generally good and structurally secure. As noted the frames are regilt and originally had additional peripheral carving attached. The plates are heavily foxed, the silvering very fragile and peeling from the glass, one has a large expanse of silver paint to the back of the glass.
