A SCARCE DIVISION ONE PICTORIAL TOLE BUTTON

1 Medium size 19th century unusual colorful example. I was blown away when this button was spied on the late Don Lanier's card of architectural structure buttons. These medium size lacquered, tinted and tole scene buttons are to say the least desirable among many collectors, however I have never seen one so brilliantly colored and detailed as this one. The brass cup is tinted with pinks and greens and depicts a water and mountain scene with a building and a person by a well. Very wonderfully detailed example and worth acquiring for any collection. Dimensions: SM=Less than 3/4", Medium=3/4" to 1 1/4".
