A "The Incredible Mr. Limpet" Production Cel and Background.

(Warner Bros., 1964) A hand-painted production cel and original background from "The Incredible Mr. Limpet." This art of Mr. Limpet and Crusty comes from the personal collection of the film's writer-producer, John C. Rose. The characters have an image size of 3" x 7.5" on a 10.5" x 12.5" cel, while the background measures 10.5" x 15". The art displays in very good condition with spots of discoloration, wear, line loss, edge wear, and pinholes at the background's corners from production use. The piece retains a provenance label from the John C. Rose estate at lower left corner.
