A Venetian gilt and polychrome-enamelled armorial cesendello-form vase, after the Tiepolo cesendello Murano, circa 1875-1881, probably by Salviati & Co. or the Venice & Murano Glass and Mosaic Company, principally in clear blown glass, decorated in gold leaf and polychrome enamels, 27cm high The design derives directly from the celebrated Tiepolo cesendello in the Museo del Vetro, Murano, dated 1500-1515.
