Vintage dining service Alfred Meakin – Model “Tonquin” Origin and dating: Staffordshire, England, manufactured in the 1950s. Refined design: A wonderful Orientalist scene in warm brown tones, framed by floral motifs with vivid accents in pink, yellow and green. Spotless condition: In exceptionally well-preserved condition, with a glossy glaze and colors as vibrant as on the first day. Composition (serves 6): Elegant soup tureens with lid, an oval serving plate, as well as flat and deep plates.
