Rodrigo Alonso Cuesta (Burgos, 1982). Reside en España. This Fine Arts graduate from the University of Salamanca and Audiovisual Communication graduate from the University of Burgos has undergone notable academic training, complemented by overseas experiences thanks to Erasmus scholarships that he pursued in Portugal and Belgium. His artistic activity focuses mainly on oil painting, acrylic, watercolor, digital art and paper, where he creates paintings, drawings and collages. This artist has participated in numerous exhibitions at a national level, with a special focus on the north of Spain. For more than 20 years, he has presented his work in various towns, such as Burgos, Teruel, Vitoria and Salamanca, where his work is particularly recognized. Moreover, he has earned painting prizes both nationally and internationally, which demonstrates his talent and recognition in the art field. Recently he won the prize of the III Motril Art Contest. 2024. In addition to his presence in exhibitions, his works are part of multiple private collections around the world. This shows that his work is not only appreciated by the general public, but also by collectors and art lovers who value his unique style and technical skill. In summary, this Fine Arts and Audiovisual Communication graduate has developed a distinguished artistic career, focused on oil painting, acrylic, digital art, paper and watercolor. His work is characterized by a rich color range, his plastic compositional style and his unusual perspectives. With numerous national and international exhibitions and awards, his work is part of private collections around the world.
