An Exquisite Salon Commode by the Paris Firm Maison KRIEGER

in Louis XVI style, c. 1900, very finely crafted oak body with mahogany veneer, matt finish in traditional artisanal technique, two ‘sans traverse’ drawers to the front, exceptionally fine gilt bronze mounts, signed on the lock, stamped: MON KRIEGER AMEUBLEMENT PARIS to the rear stile, moulded onyx top, the latter with a professionally restored crack, 91 x 106 x 48 cm, restored condition.
