The shirt evokes his first match with the club in 1976. Diego Maradona was born on October 30, 1960, being the fifth child to join the family. His first contact with the world of football came in 1969 when he went to trial in the Argentinos Juniors youth system, the team nicknamed “Los Cebollitas.” It wasn’t until 1973 and 1974 that he began to compete in the first tournaments, thus beginning Maradona’s footballing story. But already seeing his talent, in 1976 (October 20), and at only 15 years old, Maradona debuted for Argentinos Juniors in a match against Talleres de Córdoba. From there his career rose until touching the sky with his hands at the 1986 World Cup in Mexico, crowning himself world champion.
