Alle Auktionen / Sonstige / Armchair - Provincial Louis XV-style armchair in 'Faux...
Elegant Louis XV Provincial style armchair, distinguished by remarkable wood carving imitating knots and the lines of bamboo (Faux Bambou), a timeless style highly sought after by interior designers. The Cabriole back and the seat are entirely cane-woven in natural rattan, offering a seating experience that is soft, light, and comfortable. The curved console-style legs are reinforced by a stylized X-shaped stretcher, also carved in the shape of bamboo branches, guaranteeing excellent stability. The warm honey-colored patina beautifully highlights the details of the worked wood. Condition: In very good vintage condition. The frame is perfectly stable and solid. The seat and back cane are taut and intact (no major breaks visible). There are light signs of wear and a natural patina consistent with its age, which gives it its authentic charm (see detailed photos of the back and feet). A distinctive piece ideal for adding a boho-chic or refined exotic touch to a living room, a bedroom, or an office. Carefully packaged and protected during shipping.
