Alabaster bust signed Arnaldo Giannelli, titled “La Femme au Chapeau,” dated 1980. Elegant Italian piece in molded alabaster, hand-retouched, bearing its original label “ALBÂTRE MOULÉ retouché main – Decorop”. This sculpture represents a young woman wearing a plumed hat, dressed in refined attire, in a romantic style typical of Arnaldo Giannelli's creations. Fine and expressive workmanship, made in Volterra (Italy), famous for its alabaster sculptures. Height: 26 cm Width: 16 cm Weight: 1.75 kg In very good overall condition, gentle patina of time preserved. A beautiful piece of classic and elegant decoration.
