[ARTIFICIALIA] - Lot 39

[ARTIFICIALIA] Pair of small, finely chiseled brass candlesticks, with fluted shafts and bases featuring a swirling foliage motif 19th-century work 19 x 9.5 cm Minor chips on the bases This pair of candlesticks, with their elegant neoclassical silhouette, lends itself particularly well to a refined display. Far from conventional decor, their gilded metal interacts here with deep hues, antique pieces, and red berries to create an atmosphere that is both mysterious and sophisticated. A setting that evokes a cabinet of curiosities at twilight more than a traditional Halloween, where the strange is cloaked in elegance.
