Alle Auktionen / Zeitgenössische Kunst / BADFACE (XXI) - Tribute to Lego Keith Haring Edition
Give your collection a unique touch with this exclusive piece that fuses the nostalgia of the LEGO universe with Keith Haring's unmistakable Pop Art style! The work features a central LEGO minifigure made of resin, perfectly integrated on a background filled with the artist's iconic drawings, all presented in an elegant white display-case frame that maximizes the color contrast. The pieces are sanded, painted, and assembled entirely by hand by the artist; this is not a mass-produced figure—it's made one by one by the artist. It is a modern, original piece with a strong urban character, ideal for both Street Art enthusiasts and collectors seeking something out of the ordinary to decorate their home or give as an exclusive gift. Don’t miss the chance to own it. To ensure the artwork arrives in perfect condition and to prevent accidental breaks, shipping is done without the final glass. As a special courtesy to collectors, we include a protective acrylic sheet at no cost to safeguard the piece during transit. As it is a courtesy item with no commercial value, any damage, scratches, or breakage affecting this provisional cover during transport does not entitle the recipient to claim, refund, or replacement. Once the work is received, the owner can keep this cover or replace it with the material of their choice. The images do not capture the full beauty of the piece. Gallery price: €495 BADFACE draws inspiration from the things that surround him and never sees limitations, but rather formats of opportunity. If you’re not satisfied with what you see, why not create it? In 2010, he founded his graphic design agency. Since then, he has alternated his work as a designer at the agency with developing his career as an artist, creating artworks, paintings, and sculptures. His work is in various private collections in Spain, Belgium, France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom… The combination of innovative materials and traditional artisanal techniques makes his work one of a kind. He plays with everyday images, creating a different vision of reality where materials act as a catalyst, in line with the speed of his thoughts and actions, resetting thoughts to look again, dare to explore, and reflect on the subject, creating zero consciousness to change the perception, interaction, and reflection of the materials and supports used, provoking a thought or a smile on the viewer’s face. BADFACE believes in sustainability and creates, from recycling, unique works that do not leave the viewer indifferent. He uses brushes, spatulas, acrylics, inks, aerosols, or even hands as the agent to express himself. During his travels, a deeper urge to express his own creativity has grown. Inspired by his experiences, he has developed his own pop art, a passionate artistic vision that combines different techniques on unusual supports, giving the pieces he creates a second life.
