Oval dish in vintage enameled cast iron – Orange gradient, speckled gray interior Very beautiful oval dish in vintage enameled cast iron, in a particularly elongated format, featuring an elegant exterior enamel in orange gradient towards red and a bluish gray speckled interior, typical of old enameled culinary pieces. Equipped with two side handles and a pouring lip, its low and generous shape is particularly suited for cooking large roasts, fish, poultry, gratins and other oven preparations. Its cast iron provides excellent thermal inertia and even cooking. Its flat design also allows for serving directly at the table. The piece is in good overall condition for its age, with beautiful enamel nuances and a natural patina from use. To note only a few small chips and occasional wear on the rim, visible in the photographs. No significant chips or major defects to report.
