Balvenie 12yo Single Barrel First Fill - 12yo DoubleWood...

Up for auction: An exceptional collector set featuring three distinctive Single Malt Scotch Whiskies from the prestigious The Balvenie Distillery in Dufftown, Speyside. Renowned for retaining the Five Rare Crafts of whisky making, Balvenie remains one of the few distilleries in Scotland still growing its own barley, malting on traditional floor maltings, employing on-site coopers and coppersmiths, and guided by legendary Malt Masters. This trilogy brings together three captivating releases, each highlighting a distinct side of Balvenie cask craftsmanship, complete with their original presentation tubes. --- INCLUDED IN THIS LOT: 1. The Balvenie 12 Years Old - Single Barrel First Fill (700 ml | 47.8% ABV) Drawn from a single first-fill ex-bourbon barrel, with no more than 300 bottles produced per cask. Bottled at a higher strength of 47.8% ABV, offering rich vanilla, sweet honey, delicate oak spices, and bright citrus notes. 2. The Balvenie 12 Years Old - DoubleWood (Limited Edition Designer Tube - Victor Ngai Edition) (700 ml | 40% ABV) The quintessential expression created by pioneering Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE. Matured in traditional American oak whisky casks before spending months in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. Presented in a collectible limited edition artist tube. A smooth, rich single malt marked by sweet fruit, Oloroso sherry notes, honey, and subtle spices. 3. The Balvenie - The Creation of a Classic (700 ml | 43% ABV) From The Balvenie Stories collection, celebrating the innovation of David C. Stewart MBE who pioneered the cask finishing technique in 1983. Matured in American oak and finished in sweet Oloroso sherry casks. A velvety whisky featuring notes of vanilla, toasted oak, dried fruits, ginger syrup, and spiced raisins. --- LOT SPECIFICATIONS & CONDITION: * Brand / Producer: The Balvenie Distillery * Region: Speyside, Banffshire, Scotland * Category: Single Malt Scotch Whisky * Total Volume: 2.1 Litres (3 x 700 ml / 70 cl) * Strength: * Single Barrel 12 First Fill: 47.8% ABV * DoubleWood 12: 40% ABV * The Creation of a Classic: 43% ABV * Condition: Pristine collector condition.
