Alle Auktionen / Sonstige / Benjamin Wouters (XX) - Sculpture, Human Globe - 37 cm - Bronze
An expressive bronze sculpture in which fourteen human figures together form one powerful, almost globe-like composition. The figures climb, carry, reach, and balance around one another. From every viewing angle, a different composition of bodies, movement, and open space emerges. It is precisely this three-dimensional construction that makes Human Globe particularly suitable as a central art object in a modern interior, office, or gallery setting. The work embodies human connectedness and cooperation: individual beings who together form a single whole. The warm bronze and gold tones emphasize the organic modeling of the figures. Through the relief-like finish, the surface catches the light in different ways, making the sculpture change dramatically depending on the position and lighting. The artwork is signed at the base and is offered in excellent condition.
