Benoist-Berthiot • Super Star MC 110mm f/2.4 "Bokeh-Monster" Projector lens

A beautiful French projection lens from the respected optical manufacturer Benoist-Berthiot. It is the rarer Super Star MC (Multi-Coated) model with a focal length of 110mm and an aperture of f/2.4. This type of lens was originally used in professional 35mm film projectors (such as the luxury French Simda projectors). Today, this specific lens is also very popular among creative photographers who convert the lens with an adapter (vintage lens modification) for use on modern digital SLR/mirrorless cameras, due to the unique character of the glass. The lens is in absolute top condition. The housing is completely undamaged and the glass is beautifully clear with the characteristic purple/blue multi-coating glow. Fully free of scratches, mold, or dust. Includes the original burgundy storage box.
