Board game - Scrabble De Luxe

Scrabble De Luxe by J.W. Spear & Sons Ltd. (Spear's Games), Enfield, Middlesex, England. The box carries the copyright year MCMLXXIII (1973). This is the De Luxe edition, in a dark green, linen-textured box with red and white lettering. Of particular interest is the label of The Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB) at the top right, reading "Scrabble, Catalogue No. 9198, Made in England". The label is positioned under the wrapping. This indicates an edition distributed through the RNIB, most likely a version for blind and partially sighted players. The game has not been opened, so any adaptations (such as raised squares or braille on the tiles) have not been verified. The box is still sealed in its wrapping. Box in good condition. Colours bright. Linen texture intact. The box lists the following special features: playing board with built-in turntable, tiles that will not slip, and 4 easy-score letter racks.
