Vintage "Bond Street" Briar Smoking Pipe – Made in London, England A classic vintage English briar pipe produced under the Bond Street line by the famous manufacturer Comoy's of London. - Brand/Maker: Bond Street (Comoy's) - Origin: London, England (Stamped: "MADE IN LONDON ENGLAND") - Shape: Bent Bulldog / Bent Rhodesian (Shape code 549 stamped on shank) - Finish: Beautifully textured rusticated/carved briar bowl with a smooth rim and stamped shank panel. - Stem Material: Vulcanite (shows typical vintage surface oxidation/browning, which can be buffed out by the collector). Condition: Good vintage condition. The bowl is solid with a clean chamber. The stem has minor tooth chatter and characteristic age-related oxidation as shown in the photographs.
