aples - A pair of splendid and refined original photographic images, printed on albumen paper, sepia-toned, mounted on antique front-and-back cardboard, produced around 1880 by the famous Florentine photographer Giacomo Brogi, among the precursors of photographic art in Italy. The photographs of rare beauty depict two splendid views and glimpses of the city of Naples: Piazza San Ferdinando, animated by a multitude of carriages and people.
