Dorso a 5 nervi impreziosito da ricchi fregi e titoli impressi in oro e a secco. Ottimo impatto visivo. o [EN] Solid and elegant contemporary half-leather binding with corners and bands on the boards. Spine with 5 raised bands, embellished with rich gilt and blind-stamped decorations and titles. Excellent visual appeal. • Interni/Inside: o [IT] Esemplare genuino, ben conservato e pulito. Si segnalano sporadiche e fisiologiche fioriture (in gran parte assorbite dalle veline protettive), una caratteristica comune per la carta dell'epoca ma decisamente limitata in questo esemplare rispetto alla media di quest'opera, due strappi a pag. 323 e 419 senza perdita di testo. o [EN] Genuine copy, well-preserved and clean. Note sporadic and natural foxing (mostly absorbed by the protective tissue guards), a common characteristic for paper of this era but significantly limited in this copy compared to the average for this work, two tears on pages 323 and 419 with no loss of text.
