Cambridge Distillery - Collection Japanese Gin - UK - 70cl

Cambridge Collection Japanese Gin Cambridge Distillery presents its Japanese Gin at 42% ABV (70 cl), the world’s first gin focused exclusively on Japanese botanicals. Each is distilled individually under vacuum at low temperature and then blended: juniper, shiso leaf, sesame seeds, cucumber, sansho pepper and yuzu peel. On the nose it is aromatic and fresh, with notes of pepper, yuzu citrus, cucumber and floral touches. The palate is dry, crisp and elegant, with classic juniper softened by yuzu, an umami character from shiso and sesame, and a spicy background. The finish is clean, smooth and refined. A gin of great purity and sophistication, ideal with a delicate tonic and a fan of green apple. The perfect fusion of British tradition and Japanese subtlety.
