I regularly access parameters I consider recurrent, such as the constant assimilation of images from the past, the play with others' language, focusing on old and modern painters. I feel the constant sensation of diving into the interior of history. My study and research of the Cubist movement, especially the long and extensive trajectory of Picasso, takes me through unknown territories. In each painting I try to review the problems and solutions that Picasso posed with Cubism. Cubism, for me, is a very important pictorial movement within the history of art. “CAROLA CASTRO”.
