Caroni 1998 The Nectar of the Daily Drams - b. 2025 - 70cl

The flavour profile highlights wood, spices, floral notes and a pronounced vegetal character. The fruit remains more subtle, whilst sweetness does not take centre stage. At 55.5 per cent and bottled at cask strength, this Caroni makes a bold impression. The overall impression is dry, structured and intense, with a character that clearly showcases the unique bourbon barrel.
