Alle Auktionen / Sonstige / Cattani - Balsamic vinegar - 6 - 250ml
A lot consisting of 6 bottles of 250 ml of Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP, 2 bottles aged 5 years, 2 aged 3 years, and 2 aged 2 years. All produced by "Casa del Balsamico" - Acetaia CATTANI, EMILIA ROMAGNA - ITALY. Acetaia Cattani is located in Modena in a historic building, along Via Emilia Est in the heart of the old Estense dominions. This area is recognized by historians as the best for the production of Modena Balsamic Vinegar due to geological, climatic, and cultural conditions. These six 250 ml bottles of Modena Balsamic Vinegar are the fruit of the expertise and experience of Giuseppe Cattani, heir to the secrets of the ancient family and the passage of time. In a harmonious intertwining of delicate flavors, the aromas and characteristic scents are offered to the palate, revealing the refinement of a slow maturation in barrels of precious wood. This is a product with 6% acidity, whose raw material is Trebbiano di Spagna grapes, well suited to a high balance between sweetness and acidity. For this reason, beyond the years of maturation, it can serve as a base for both savory cooking and, in general, for desserts.
