CENTRAL ASIAN SILVER RING WITH INSCRIBED BLUE GLASS CABOCHON

AD 1700 - 1900 A silver ring with a flat-section hoop expanding to broad shoulders decorated with large heart-shaped motifs and supporting a broad engraved mount with beaded borders and bands of scrolling vegetal ornament. Set within the mount is an oval blue glass cabochon engraved with an Arabic inscription.
