Attention before purchase All of our Murano glass products are vintage, re-wired, cleaned, and restored where necessary. As antique pieces, some elements may show slight chips, micro-scratches, or small imperfections due to age and use. These marks are normal and do not compromise either the functionality or the overall aesthetics of the object. Not all imperfections are visible in photos, as they are often light or nearly imperceptible details. In some cases, when restoration is more extensive (for example replacement of wooden plates, non-standard lamp holders, or discolored rosettes), components will be regenerated or replaced before shipment. For this reason there may be differences compared to the published photos. The product will be delivered fully like-new and ready to be mounted by the customer. ⸻ Shipping Each item is carefully cleaned, wrapped in protective film to prevent scratches or dust buildup, and packed with the utmost care to prevent damage during transport. Murano glass products are always shipped inside a sturdy wooden crate, essential to preserve their integrity, but which may affect shipping costs. Shipping times are generally fast; however, since these are fragile items requiring careful packaging and, in some cases, further restoration work, preparation may take longer than expected. The chandelier will be shipped in two separate packages, each inside a wooden crate. This significantly impacts shipping costs, as these are two distinct parcels. ⸻ Support After purchase, our team will guide the customer step by step, providing detailed photos of the product and the packaging. The tracking number of the courier will also be sent to monitor the shipment in real time and ensure a safe and transparent shopping experience. ⸻ Important note The product will be delivered without bulbs and completely disassembled. Wiring will also need to be completed, but all necessary components for mounting will be provided. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to install the product, preferably through a qualified electrician, or by following our instructions (provided on request). The instructions will be generic and refer to a similar Murano glass model, but not identical to the one purchased.
