Important notice before purchase All of our Murano glass products are vintage, rewired, cleaned and restored where necessary. Being vintage pieces, some elements may show light chipping, micro-scratches, or small imperfections due to age and use. These marks are normal and do not compromise either the functionality or the overall aesthetics of the item. Not all imperfections or differences between pieces are visible in the photos, as they are often subtle or nearly imperceptible details. In some cases, when restoration is more thorough (for example replacement of wooden panels, non-compliant lamp holders, or discolored rosettes), components will be regenerated or replaced before shipment. For this reason there may be differences compared to the published photos. The product will be delivered fully renewed and ready to be mounted by the customer. ⸻ Shipping Each item is carefully cleaned, wrapped in protective film to prevent scratches or dust buildup, and packed with the utmost care to prevent damage during transport. Murano glass products are always shipped inside a sturdy wooden crate, essential to preserve their integrity, but which can affect shipping costs. Shipping times are generally fast; however, as these are fragile items that require careful packaging and, in some cases, additional restoration work, preparation may take longer than expected. ⸻ Support After purchase, our team will guide the customer step by step, providing detailed photos of the product and the packaging. A tracking code from the express courier will also be sent to monitor the shipment in real time and ensure a safe and transparent shopping experience. ⸻ Important note The product will be delivered without bulbs and completely disassembled. The wiring will also need to be completed, with all necessary parts for assembly provided. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to perform the assembly, preferably by a qualified electrician, or by following our instructions (provided on request). The instructions will be generic and refer to a similar Murano glass model, but not identical to the one purchased.
