Attention before purchase All of our vintage Murano glass products are rewired, cleaned, and restored where necessary. Being antique pieces, some elements may have slight chipping, micro-scratches, or small imperfections due to age and use. These signs are normal and do not compromise either the functionality or the overall aesthetics of the object. Not all imperfections or differences between pieces are visible in photos, as they are often subtle or almost imperceptible details. In some cases, when the restoration is more thorough (for example replacement of wooden plates, non-compliant lamp holders, or discolored rosettes), components will be regenerated or replaced before shipping. For this reason there may be differences compared to the published photos. The product will be delivered completely like-new and ready to be mounted by the customer. ⸻ Shipping Each item is carefully cleaned, wrapped in protective film to prevent scratches or dust buildup, and packed with the utmost care to prevent damage during transport. Murano glass products are always shipped inside a sturdy wooden crate, essential to preserve their integrity, but which can affect shipping costs. Delivery times are generally fast; however, being fragile items that require careful packaging and, in some cases, additional restoration work, preparation may take longer than expected. ⸻ Support After purchase, our team will guide the customer step by step, providing detailed photos of the product and the packaging. A courier tracking number will also be sent to monitor the shipment in real time and ensure a safe and transparent shopping experience. ⸻ Important note The product will be delivered without bulbs and completely disassembled. Even the wiring will need to be completed, while still providing everything needed for assembly. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to carry out the mounting, preferably through a qualified electrician, or by following our instructions (available upon request). The instructions will be generic and refer to a similar Murano glass model, but not identical to the one purchased.
