CHINA 1931-36 group of flight covers (7) to the UK incl. 1931 Shanghai to Scotland (large cover) bearing the Air set of five plus 20c (2), by air to Hankow, by rail via Irkutsk to Moscow, then flown to UK with 'Carlisle' transit c.d.s en-route to Scotland, 1933 Canton to Kent with 'Saigon - Marseilles' boxed cachet, Shanghai to London with 'By Netherlands Air Mail' cachet, 1936 Foochow to London via Hong Kong with 'First Through Flight Hong Kong Penang London Via Imperial Airways 27th March 1936' cachet in violet etc. Also included, a 1927 stampless 'Naval Air Establishment' cover from Mamoi (Foochow) to London (via surface routes). Some light soiling in places, an interesting & scarce group.
