Issued by Deutsch-Asiatische Bank. According to Kuhlmann, only 43,549 and 7918 bonds remain outstanding, respectively. The first loan, issued in 1908, was insufficient to complete the Tianjin-Pukou Railway; therefore, the company issued another loan of 4.8 million pounds sterling in 1910 to cover the cost overruns.
