Large characters variety. Offering only a light degree of wear across the higher points, this specimen does also display some minor cleaning in the form of scattered hairlines among the fields. Remaining largely untoned, it features some burnished hints in a few places, but is essentially monochromatic. Undoubtedly the SCARCER of the two varieties for this type, with the present lot allowing for a great chance at a representative that features all of its design elements, and with a particular boldness of strike and very little wear from circulation. Click here to see Coins in Motion. 極美品相湖北大字壹兩銀幣 光緒三十年湖北省造大清銀幣庫平雙龍壹兩銀幣。武昌造幣廠。 大字版。高處僅有輕微磨損，底板散見些許清洗所留髮絲痕。幣面大致未染包漿，局部有輕微焦色，整體呈單一色調。無疑是此品種中較為稀少的版別。圖文完整，鑄打深峻有力，流通痕跡極少，實為難得的入藏機會。
