One of the most well recognised and beautiful designs of Chinese paper money is the large format Hupeh Government Mint 1 Dollar note. This splendid example features strong green and black inks on the obverse, which enhance the detailed dragon engravings. The reverse shows a vibrant orange border enclosing black Chinese text. A note in solid and original Very Fine (VF) condition. PMG Comments "Large Tears, Stains, Pinholes." Estimate: $6,000 - $9,000. 光緒二十五年湖北銀元局庫平七錢二分銀元票壹大元。 中國紙幣中最具辨識度且最精美設計之一，當屬大尺幅湖北官錢局壹圓。此枚精彩藏品正面以濃郁的綠色與黑色油墨印製，凸顯了精細的雕刻龍紋。背面則呈現鮮明的橙色邊框，內圈為黑色中文文字。保存完整原始，獲評VF品相。PMG備註"大裂痕、有漬、針孔"。
